The Office Wizard™ office procedure manual is a computer software program that provides a template for creating a new office procedures manual for your business.  It is as an easy-to-use, fill-in-the-blank program using software familiar to most office workers. There are no new programs to learn. Anyone who knows Word or Word Perfect can use the Office Wizard to easily create a comprehensive, customized small business procedures manual in just a few hours! 


How The Program Works

Users simply insert the disk or download the program, and then answer questions by filling in the blanks with the requested information.  Guiding users along section by section, the template is set up to address all standard office procedures plus individual duties, specialized computer programs, vendor/service repair contacts and scheduling.  


Some sections of the template apply to the whole office, while other sections are individualized for each employee to fill out regarding their own duties and station. Information for each facet of the business is entered by the employee that specializes in that particular area, so no one person is stuck with all of the data entry responsibilities.  This makes setting up a procedures manual for your office quick and easy.   


To make it even easier, suggested answers are given for each procedure. The program also includes tips and tricks which share the best techniques and methods used by successful businesses, so those can be incorporated into your office procedures if you choose.
